Don't mount your CD-ROM as letter E, use letter D.
Then reinstall the game.

I still can't play it, but in fact, if someone can write me a detailed guide on how to play it using D-Fend Reloaded I would really appreciate it.
Read my 60 Seconds Guide to DOSBox (and don't just read it - follow it too).
If that doesn't help, come back with details on how you mounted your C and D drives, how you did the install, how you configured sound, music etc.
Reading the aptly named README file will be a good idea too.

Thanks for the tutorial, it worked well, but I want to use D-Fend reloaded to play it and I can't, so, I hope someone can help me in that matter
well just transfer the mountings you did from the tutorial to d-fend reloaded. should be really simple.

maybe press the view dosbox conf file at the right bottom and compare the contents of the [autoexec] part with what you typed when following the guide of MiniMax
