Hey, I've got this cd version of battle chess i can't get working.

If anyone knows this game...
Both sides walk fine, and when an attack is done both sides realign for it fine, but then the second the fighting starts it races through it.

I've tried running it through 3.11 in dosbox, but the same thing happens.

Options are set to "full animation" and i've tried all frame skipping options.

If anyone can help me...

thanks, but no go.
also tried running with a win95 vm, but didn't help.
and tried reducing dosbox to 2mb ram (min req) and running with 3.11 again, and the fights run much slower, but still to fast.

Reduce the cycles in your dosbox.conf

tried that manually (ctrl+F11), is that different than what you suggested?
