People are stupid, no wonder why they have spend so much money. Heck if they let some MAME guys look into the old DDR aka. GDR republic computer where they don´t know it works. Then I think the MAME guys would find out how the old DDR computer worked. And they wouldn´t have to pay them for it. In millions in comparison. So it is pretty bloody fucking stupid, what they do.

If they are serious about their project they will HAVE to contact all of these different emulator developers to ask them to contribute (and pay them).

There's no other way. The project is just massive in scope to be done for free and to develop the code from scratch for all these systems.

I heard that they had already contatcted some European MAME devs... And they have 4.02 million € to complete the task.

It could be an opportunity for the DOSBox authors and patchers (well, people familiar with the source) to get while paid working on it 😁.
