I am having really frustrating issues here. I installed the KQ7 demo by accident yesterday from dosgames and used dosbox to open it. it kept getting a few seconds in (to when the ladys dress pulls on cactus) and then showed me the internal game error 99. error loading resource 1304.wav.

I have seen a few people on this forum with this problem. The problem i am having now, is i have realised that was a dodgy demo version because i looked at the reviews of the download. I have now downloded the game in an NRG file type and used Isobuster to extract it. the game seems legit. it even let me install it without dosbox and looked perfect but then when i open the game i have the same ERROR 99. i then tried dosbox again. I have put all of those files i extracted into my c:\dosprog used dosbox to mount it like yesterday but when i go to load eg. SETUP.EXE or SIERRA.EXE it wont load in dosbox. it will say 'setup can only run in microsoft windows' or 'illegal'. what does this mean? it wasnt doing it yesterday with the demo version?
