is it possible to mount a folder as a hdd bigger than 100mb? i want to install a game on my computer but xp doesnt run the setup. so i wanted to install the game full (422mb) to my hdd. but that doesnt work cause the hdd is only 100 mb!

is it hardcoded that the hdd is 100mb or can i change it? would be nice if it would be bigger ;D

thx that worked! =)

solution:
mount c c:\ -freesize 1000000000
freesize is the size of the free space on the hdd

Mounting your full hd is pretty stupid, but that's up to you of course.

By mounting your full hard drive, you also give DOSBox (and any program running within it) access to all your data. If there's a serious bug in a program running inside DOSBox, it can now trounce your entire hard drive rather than just the mounted folder.

If program you run through DOSBox happens to be infected by a virus, that virus can also destroy everything on your hard drive, not just the folder. Also, some programs do bad things to the drive which might be acceptable on a real DOS machine, but will cause data loss this way.
