How to create working hard drive image?

Can anybody help or make for me working hard drive image for dosbox s60?
I tried to do it with bochs, but there's option with type of drive, default is flat, but we can choose flat, growing, spares.
I tried few combinations but none of them working 😒 Dosbox shows on screen: "can't get drive geometry" or "image must be on local drive" but it was mounted corectly 😒 i think that i am doing something wrong...
I need hard drive image something like 500mb. If anyone could make working one for me and host it somewhere that would be great.

Install an OS (dos or whatever) on that image using bochs, then use that ready image with dosbox.

Ok but how to do it in bochs? that's harder 😖 i tried to find some tutorial but i can't...
Here is sample tutorial for making hard drive in bochsc: Sample usage of a harddisc image in DOSBOX but theres nothing about mounting this drive in bochs, just create and put in dosbox directory BUT this doesn't work. 😒

Well the dosbox forum is not really about bochs stuff, anyways it's pretty
much the same way you do it with a real pc, if you got a bootable installation
cd mount that for bochs, mount an empty harddrive, let bochs boot that cd
and install whatever you're booting.
