Hey all. Anyway the problem i'm having is l cannot get my leisure suit larry games (that l bought) to run on my laptop.
The thing is l have 2 collections, the one that was released in 2006 for windows XP, and this does work, (i'm using vista), but when l open up larry 2 the color on the screen was all mucked up, and the other collection is the ultimate pleasure pack that contains larry 7-love for sail. and other bonuses, and i'm more interested in getting this one to work. Now what i've been trying to do is i'm trying to run the leisure suit larry ultimate pleasure pack on DOSBOX, and for the last 2 days i've been typing in commands, doing research and l can't get it running, l tried installing the larry games for xp in dosbox, but it basically said it cannot do it.
What l should say is regarding installing the ultimate pleasure pack on dosbox, l have been successful up to the point where l insert the first cd rom and l get a list of what l can install (i've written the commands in dosbox), dosbox asks which drive, l put c drive and the message im getting is that its unable to make c: sierra (my folder l created) plus l get a directory creation error and it tells me to create a sierra directory from the root of my c: drive but l already have a sierra folder in c drive (but there's nothing in it, l assume u have to install it via dosbox so that the files go to the sierra folder? (well maybe)
Like i said im using vista and any help would be beneficial, l appreciate any free help l can get.
