I tried to get the NE2000 drivers working.
i think they work under DOS but not with Win.311
Everytime i start win, it claims that no drivers are installed

I personally have never tried networking with DOSBOX but according to this thread you can't get there from here:

Windows 3.11 for workgroup NIC installation HELP

If you really want to get networking in WFW 3.11 going I recommend MS Virtual PC. I have DOS 6.222\WFW running with full network support.

You need to boot DOS in DOSBox in that cas to make it work.
