It came out around 1994 or so, and got horrible reviews. Basically it was a FPS where the player was in an airplane that crashed onto a generic desert island filled with zombies. I never played it, but I'm thinking that I'd like to. It didn't turn up in the games list at zombiegames.net. Does anyone know?

Was it a full motion video game or did it have normal graphics?

I'd guess something like Isle of the Dead, which is a somewhat shitty game, but it has zombies 😀

Sounds a bit like Robinson's Requiem or the follow-up, Deus.

Harekiet's suggestion is probably more accurate tho: clicky.

i second this suggestion, the only good thing about it were the death animations
