My disappointment over the lack of it was as great as my initial excitement was after seeing that 0.73 was out... I'm all the more surprised because there's that wonderful menu in this version, and the program doesn't need anything other than that:

Couldn't the author give his source code, or whatever would be needed, to import that superb menu into 0.74?

I actually stayed with the 0.72 version from that site, because of the menu. I'm sure the official 0.73 has some improvements, but I'd rather have a "click on Menu - select Capture - all done!" kind of experience when trying to grab a MIDI from a game, than a "what the heck was it, Ctrl-Shift-Alt-V-F12? Ctrl-Shift-C? Where's that readme.txt? Where's that section with keys?" kind of one...

Maybe next version. Some clever people are working on it.

It was considered for 0.73, but rejected because of some problems with the code.

There's a compliment 😜 Anyway, the menu SamVimes mentions isn't the built-in GUI that I'm working on atm. It's a standard window menubar, which is nice too and might be a good idea to have in the future as well.

Fine.
Unofficial builds are not supported any way.
