Anyone know yet if DosBox is Windows 7 Home Premium compatible?
I was wondering as I noticed that the Home Premium version does not have the "Windows XP Mode", but the Professional and Ultimate versions do have this. I did notice that it is Vista compatible.

DOSBox works fine without XP mode.

I had the beta and now the RC installed. There are very few cases where you'd actually need virtual XP mode. In fact, I haven't come across any.

Hm. I thought, the DOSBox license tells it's only compatible to Ultimate.

Indeed, the Dosbox team received a lot of money from MS to make Dosbox only W7 Ultimate compatible and not able to run in the virtual XP mode... 😀

(just kidding, don't take me serious 😀)
