English keyboard. I've never had this kind of problem before and the key works except in DOSBox.

I'm having the same problem (although a larger number of keys are incorrect: '/", //?, ]/}, \/|, =/+, and right Shift; possibly more) on one of my machines that runs Windows 7. I've tried both running DOSBox as an administrator and with normal privileges. I've verified that my installation is also loading codepage 437 for the keyboard layout.

As a partial workaround, you can press Ctrl+F1 once DOSBox is running and remap some of the keys (several of the aforementioned are identified as "unknown key"), but that's annoying, and DOSBox doesn't seem to pick up right Shift in any form whatsoever.

boognish542, what operating system is hosting DOSBox?
