I have a Brother laser printer connected by LTP1 > USB > PC. Windows XP can print fine, however, Lotus123 is unable to print to the printer.

I tried this command net use lpt1: \\antec\BrotherM /persistent:yes to map the printer to an emulated local port that DOS know about (e.g. LPT1). No cigar.

Any suggestions would be great.

No use with LPT1...
MB5 should have it 'when it's done'

DOSBox-0.72 is what I am using
I will try DOSBox_Megabuild4-win32-installer.exe (HAL9000's build)

The only way this would work is

parallel1=printer
+
printoutput=printer

If nothing happens, try Ctrl+F2.

Added this to the config:
parallel1=printer
printoutput=printer

I also tried CRTL+F2 but nothing happened

Did you add printoutput=printer under the [printer] section?

it does work with an actual HP Laser Printer connected via LTP1 but not with a printer connected via USB

So your parallel1 is still at directlpt?

Post the content of the DOSBox status window and maybe the dosbox.conf.
