That does work fine!
However it causes dropouts to the sound with intervals of about 1-2 secs 😒

Change to output=ddraw or output=overlay. If you still get audio dropouts, update your audio/video/whatever drivers. If you still get audio dropouts, buy a new computer.

edit: or increase prebuffer or blocksize in the config file.
