i have 2 lcds connected to this pc, in dualview mode. if theres a command like -monitor 2 .... so that i can use fullscreen mode on my 2nd lcd instead of my primary lcd that would be great....

This is a Windows problem, not a Dosbox one (to be fair, I think it's also true in OSX). Only the primary monitor can be full screen without windowing.
