Hiya!

I just installed my newly arrived voodoo5, but I have a problem: I cannot get windows to anything more than a 1024x768 resolution. This is the max supported 😖 I tried both Amigamerlin 2.9 and Raziel64 Evolution Driver Expert Edition 1.00.09 drivers, both allow the same max resolution....
My monitor is a 19" 1366x768 one , is there a way to switch to this resolution? or anything bigger than 1024x768?

edit: I must add that the monitor get's recognised fine, I even installed it's driver...

2D is up to 2048x 1536Pixels, 3D up to 1600x 1200

look for 1366x768 in the 3dfxvs.inf, it should not be there
add it like the other resolutions and reinstall the driver

I cannot get it working... 😒 please have a look at the edited 3dfxvs.inf and my monitor .inf , maybe you see something wrong?

I'll might try this with my Radeon card, or the Winfast if I get DirectX working.

i never need to this for myself but it should be work

you can try powerstrip, maybe an older version

powerstrip does NOTHING at all, it DCC's the monitor, finds a max resolution of 1280x720 and does not enable it at all, even if I install it's monitor...
anyway I will search more...
