Just put these in a text file called mapper.txt and put that in the dosbox directory. make sure to make a backup of your old mapper.txt before overwriting it with this dvorak mapping.

the only problem with this is that there is no way to switch between keyboard layouts on the fly.

it would be nice if this keyboard mapper was an optional program extra. that could be disabled.

i used to be able to use dosbox and type the dos commands in dvorak layout. but when i got into the game i could hit the windows hotkey to change the layout to qwerty for the old games that you could not configure keys for.

Would you mind if I asked about the layout of your excellent Dvorak mapper.txt file? I'm curious about the format, and whether it can be edited to change keys.

Thank you,
