When the video is configured for full screen the top portion of the display is shown at the bottom and is misaligned.
Note that the poster is referring to a non-standard video mode used by the games, not DOSBox's fullscreen mode.
Seems like it could be related to the vertical blanking changes.

This is fixed in SVN r3611, thank you. Having this rectified along with all the other fixes in 0.74 (Jungle Hunt works, Spy Hunter, RIver Raid and Pitfall II no longer scramble/jitter towards the bottom of the screen when scrolling vertically) is greatly appreciated.
