*Warning* this thread might be boring to some 😁
A couple of weeks ago I got my first PC back from my grandmother who in turn had got it from my aunt which I sold it to in 2002 when I went Dell/Rambus machine (yay!)
The PC is a Fujitsu Siemens (yuck) Scaleo which I bought in April 2000 for 18000:- which is roughly 2300 USD today
Specs:
Mobo = MSI 6156, VIA VT82C693A (YUCK!)
Full specs http://eu.msi.com/index.php?func=proddesc&pro … 170&cat3_no=109
CPU = slot 1 PIII Coppermine @ 667mhz
RAM = 2x 256mb PC133 SDRAM
GFX = Geforce 2MX
SOUND = Sound Blaster Live Platinum
HDD = 60 gig IBM "deathstar"
Can't believe how I could pay this much for this POS back then but my computer skills were zero back then when I didn't care about PC...only cared about cars, boats etc
This board doesn't even have AGP 2X! 🤣 and only supports max 512mb RAM if you can find the 256mb sticks this crappy mobo will accept.
When I got this PC in my hands again I started remembering all the troubles I use to have with it together with WIN98 and Win ME 😜
When I sold it it had the Live Drive front panel for the SB Live Platinum card and an HP CDRW drive but my "crafty" cousin seem to have snatched these before my grandmother got the PC

This thread might be crap but I felt I had to post this since this PC meant alot to me back then...played alot of CS clan fights, finished Diablo II, Soldier Of Fortune etc....sweet memories
After this PC I had a Dell Precision 330 (1.8ghz P4 rambus) and then a Precision 340 (dual xeon's)
Edit: when I bought the Fujitsu Siemens PC it only had a 20gig hdd, 128mb RAM, a very lousy 4x cd burner and a slooow Ati Expert 2000 AGP gfx card which Diablo II lagged like hell on before I upgraded to the GF 2MX...it also only had the onboard AC97 sound
