I have several Tandys that I might fix up. I don't know if the power supplies in them are any good. As I recall the power button is actually a long plastic extension which presses the real button which is part of the PSU. I don't know where I would find a replacement if I ever need one. I also have two Packard Bells. I'm not familiar with the type of connection they use or even what it's called to look it up.

The pinout you posted is the standard AT psu connector pinout, except that the AT connector is split into 2 halves like mentioned here:
