Someone without a name...
has a mouse problem with a game that's only identified by initials...
using an OS that we don't know...
and a video card that we don't know...
Well...that's not good. In the future please provide this information so we don't have to guess.
I'll hazard a guess that you are referring to Steel Panthers WWII. If I'm understanding it correctly, "SPWW2" is a modified version of "Steel Panthers: Main Battle Tank".
The description seems similar to the problem discussed here, but without the other info, that's also a guess.
I have already posted my PC specs. in the Shadow Warrior/Duke Nukem 3D thread one thread bellow using the same name nameless/namloos. Should have been obvious for a German-speaking... Texan... nevermind, I found the problem. :- / !
P.S. Dutch and German are very similar

Regardless of my lack of capacity for speaking/reading German; if you're not going to register (and place your specs in your profile), you need to place your specs in each new thread you start. Even if we could easily dig it up in a search (and yours isn't matching in an advanced search), we shouldn't have to dig up your own info for you. We have our hands full, as is...
From your reference, I found this:
793MHz
128MB RAM
Intel 815 video card
Windows 2000 (NTFS HD)
Just in case you didn't know:
The Intel® 810/810E/815/815E chipsets do not support using a linear framebuffer with VBE applications. Only banked VBE modes are supported. Some DOS games and applications try to use linear framebuffer modes and are unable to use banked modes.
That means you will probably end up using NOLFB.COM for a number of titles.
Your best hope is Mouse2KV, which is in the link QBix provided.
If that doesn't work, you can try this unusual trick that has been used in System Shock.
I would recommend the CVS version of DosBox; but it's very slow on a 1.7 GHz, so it would be intolerable on a 800MHz machine.
thanks and I apologize for the tone 🙁
I'm young and stupid 😁

*shrug*
Your English is better than my German ever was...my favorite phrase was "Sprechen Sie Englisch?"
Thanks for your kind words, but by tone, I was speaking of the (insulting) manner in which I posted. 🙁

Yes, well I was attempting to change the subject with some self-deprecating humor, but it appears that has failed to work.
In any case, try the suggestions given and let us know your results.
