Does the mt-32 have any features that the cm-32l/lapc-1 don't have? Curious why the focus isn't on the cm-32/lapc-1 since, from what I read, they are a superset of the mt-32, a mt-32 but with cleaner output("lower noise floor level") plus an additional bank of 33 sound effects. cm-32l being a module like the mt-32 & lapc-1 being the pc sound card version. The lapc-1 was sold by Sierra for their games. Looking at the other la-syths, I am aware of modules like the d110, a higher end la-synth; though better sound, it's missing orchestral hit that the mt-32 has. One thing for sure, lapc-1's & cm-32l's are hard to find for sale where as other mt & d la synth modules are at least listed here & there. Other trivia I've read about the mt-32 is that there were many revisions and were buggy; where one revision had a bug not handling x sysex command correctly and another revision not handling y sysex command, etc, etc.
