Yea i heard it wont work on DOS BOX, I am not sure if i should post the link but from what i read i need a file. This is taken from the ultima wiki

One problem is, that the u3cfg.exe needs dpmi, which DosBox doesn't provide. You can find a substitute here[1]. Unpack it and make sure that all the files are in the root directory of the game (no sub-folders). Now the u3cfg should work.
