Perhaps also a key short-cut.

I (and I believe many with me) would like to play our beloved old games with the sound on, and still only at a fraction of the volume we use for our mp3-player.

Z:\mixer. Not 'easy to get to' but it's better than nothing.

If you use Windows 7 you can use the volume control to individually turn down the volume of DOSBox
