Im triying to run fastracker2 using VDMsound under XP.

After testing it.. Sound work perfect but I have two problems:

1)Program run slowly, buy If minimize it (for example 20 secs), and then return to it, fastracker runs perfect for 20 secs-

Anyone know why that problem? how can be fixed?
This problem also appear if I run fasstracker2 without VDMsound.

2) I config midi input on VDMsound launcher, and before entering into fasttracker, a windows box error appear saying:
"unable to initialise MIDIrecord"

Try unchecking "enable basic VESA support" to see if it helps with the speed problem.

For the MIDI problem, what exact settings are you trying to use? Does that input device turned on and working with Windows programs? I haven't tried using my MIDI keyboard with VDMSound, so I have no idea what it tries to do.

I have tested with VESA basic support but program continue moving slow. I have to continue using same trick (minimize for x minutes, for use it at full speed another x minutes)

About midi I get error is If I enable and choose any input device on VDMsoun config.
