Ok, so I have a couple Diamond Voodoo 1 4MB cards and a Orchid Righteous card.

Getting around to testing them a while back, all would work at 66FSB on a Pentium 3 1000EB. One of the Diamond cards (recently purchased) smelled like fish really bad and from experience I know that it was caps. Anyways using that Diamond card at 133MHz FSB would cause it to immediately just show a screen with large random squares and locked up the system. Same settings in quake 2 that was previously working. I also had tried it at 100MHz FSB and game was working but was very bright during the game. also would get a few graphic dots across screen. Even with the Diamond card I've owned since new would have issues at 133MHz FSB doing the same thing.

A few days ago I recapped the ten 10uf 16v smd caps the one and was going to retest on a ASUS P3B-F board. Does anyone else have issues with the V1 cards on higher FSB's though? Back when I had the card I always played it with P1 166MMX or K6-2 so bus was never very high.

Test system at the time was:
Pentium 3 1000EB
MSI-6309 Via Pro133A
384MB PC133
Matrox G200A 8MB AGP
Diamond Monster 3D
40GB Samsung HDD
Soundblaster Live!

System works fine with a voodoo 3 3000 AGP installed.

Never had that kind of problem. Maybe you've picked a wrong divider for the PCI bus and it is overclocked whenever you raise the FSB. Check it out.
