Edit: after a little searching it appears they used 1 AGP and 1 PCI slot. Unusual combination since the load would be unbalanced in favor of the AGP slot.

Hmm...not another one of those April 1 articles 😜
It states it's made for the military. They might pop up on Ebay sooner or later. If theres usable drivers for these is another question though.
Still nice to have on display though 😜
