Hi there! I have a little problem with VDMSound and the old 3D-shooter "CyClones" and some other games. CyClones runs well with VDMSound (I have the 2.10 beta, but the problem also occured with the latest "stable" version), but CD-Audio won't work at all. I activated basic MSCDEX-support, but it didn't work neither.
Also Screamer has problems with the CD. It doesn't find it at all, keeps telling me to insert the CD. Does anyone know, what I could do? Maybe manually add some parameters? I couldn't find anything in teh compatibility lists... tia!

You may want to try using a CD Audio player to try to play the music on the game CD while it's in the drive you're trying to use. Old DOS and Windows games in Win2K/XP only seem to be able to tell one CD-ROM drive in a system to play audio tracks. I believe it's either the removable/virtual drive with the lowest letter, or maybe with the lowest IDE/SCSI bus position (not sure which).
