Is it just me or does this look reasonably priced (provided the IDE problem is just a config issue)?

If you really want EISA on a Pentium board... I don't know of any EISA card which would be better than a PCI part. Aside from EISA slots it looks like one of the other Dual Pentium 430HX motherboards and these can be bought cheaper.

I think the price is reasonable though. Not "too" expensive and after all, it is a dual Socket 7 (Socket 5?) board...with EISA. Only thing is the board doesn't exactly look like it's in tiptop condition.

Personally I've never bothered with EISA but the board surely looks like one of the more interesting HX boards out there (if it works 🤣).
