It's not played directly on a CM32/MT32, but it's just using the built in patches and it sounds absolutely amazing - the best demo of these old LA-synth boxes I've heard.

There's a midi of the composition on the website - it plays back nicely on a MT32 (not quite the same as the youtube clip, but pretty close).
