I'd like to know which file(s) govern dosbox text mode font/character set display. I'd like to change the font from IBM font to something else.

you've been pointed to solutions for this problem in the past. There are utilities for creating loadable .COM fonts that you can include in DOSBox's [autoexec] section.

Hi VileRandcour,
What I really want to do now is to change the internal default font of dosbox without the help of an external TSR program. I dislike the fact that the TSR falls back to the original font when switching back from a game.
