how do you expect us to discuss the site and the project when it is all in Russian?

Just use the Google translator. 😉

Why don't you use google translator to transform your site to English. This way one doesn't even know what your site is about and I'm certainly not visiting it again. Good luck with it.

I don't know how they will be but many sites solved that problem before you with a nice button... But anyway you should reallywrite a bit about what your site is about anyway and if you promote it in an English speaking forum, expect backlash for a non-English only site...

Based on the English-translated about page, this "project" appears to be taking ykhwong's build, or some derivative of it, and bundling a bunch of commercial and copyrighted software with it.

Can't say I know the licensing status of Personal CAD 4.5, but I don't think MS-DOS 6.22, Windows 3.11, Borland Pascal 7.0, Norton Utilities 8.0, or Norton Commander 5.50 have been released as freeware. Some of this software seems to be Russian language versions, and is loaded into hard disk images with MS-DOS, presumably for better non-English language support if not just for better DOS compatibility.

At any rate, I question whether it should be allowed to "advertise" this thing on vogons.

But not everyone wants to install the software. And even don `t know how to do it.

I certainly understand copyright in prov. But they are old .. Who cares already??

It is still illegal to copy anything that is still under copyright, even if it's old. Copyright terms run for 75+ years, so there is no computer program that is not still under copyright protection.
