It's interesting you should post that. A friend of mine worked for a small newspaper that was started on a shoestring and the employees donated old computers to the cause and they were still using PC/XT/AT class machines well into the 2k's. They've retired those as newer machines became available but there's still at least 1 486 machine in regular use along with a lot of P1 and P-II machines and they have all the old 8008/286/and 386 class machines stacked in a closet as backups.

http://www.duskware.com/rawrite32/download.html

Rawrite32 is a tool to prepare disks or other removeable media, especially USB memory sticks, from files called file system images. These images are usualy prepared with a NetBSD system already setup or downloaded from the official release (or NetBSD-daily snapshot server) and are utilized in various ways (depending on the port of NetBSD) to bootstrap a new installation.

I dont know its already mentioned here.

But i thougth maybe it could be handy if you looking for a manual of a very old motherboard that the company doesnt support anymore.

Then you could always search on this URL:

http://www.elhvb.com/mobokive/archive/index.html

You can find mostly manuals, sometimes there are drivers also..

~ At least it can do black and white~

That last site is a good idea, but IMHO needs some changes...

- The list need some sorting, something like Creative > Sound Blaster 16ASP > (name of the driver)
- It would be better to have a descriptive link, instead of the file name (or add a descriptive link).
- The site is named vogonsdrivers, not oldsoundcarddrivers... why not putting some other drivers? I was thinking of DOSBox/Windows 3 drivers, Windows 98 generic USB Mass Storage drivers, cutemouse and things like that.

I have traveled across the universe and through the years to find Her.
Sometimes going all the way is just a start...

I'm selling some stuff!

Came across this repository while browsing a retro photo thread on a German forum... can't wait to test those Winner 1000 Win31 drivers:
