Does anyone know of a site to download user-made maps for the first Heroes of Might and Magic?

Yeah, I came across that and a few other sites, but none had maps for Heroes 1.

That looks like a lovely site, which can be handled even for a non French speaking guy like me. But is there any kind of HOMM 1 map editor any where ? or are the people who makes the HOMM 1 maps keeping their hands on those editors ?
The Windows version of HOMM1 does have a level editor.
