hi, i m trying to mount the a drive to a c drive folder to load charactors from BT1 to BT2.

I tried

mount a c:\bardstalefolder(example)

and the message is that 'operation is not permitted in secure mode'.

I tried reloading dosbox, and reinstalling with different settings, but it hasn t worked.

Any help would be appreciated. thanks

I am having the same problem. I am trying to run Goblins Quest 3 and it wont let me do anything. The error "secure mode" keeps coming up. Did you find a solution?

Open the profile in the profile editor, go to the "Drives" pages, uncheck "Disable mounting of drives after DOSBox start".
