When I play Earl Weaver Baseball using DosBox 0.74 it loads up fine and plays fine until the top of the 3rd inning when the computer is batting. After it gets the three outs, it doesn't switch back over to the human player. They just keep batting. Anyone have this same issue?

To take a wild guess, it sounds like the sort of thing that gets thrown in if some kind of copy protection check fails.

Did you install the game from original disks? If so, the game might be using some kind of copy protection check that DOSBox does not support.

Also, if this is a DOSBox question, it should be in the DOSBox forum.

The .RAR file for this game was on my harddrive and I extracted it to the harddrive and then ran WEAVER.EXE

I doubt a 1987 DOS game was originally distributed as a RAR fiile. This is why illegal copies of software are not supported here: all too often, something has gone wrong with the packaging or copying process and it is pointless trying to pin the problem down onto something in DOSBox or on some problem with the game running in a way it was never intended to be run.

In short, you should ask for help on whatever site you downloaded the RAR file from. Or you can find your original floppy disks for the game, if you have them.

You are using an unofficial copy. We cannot support that.
