I've got a 386 set up with dos, and it's got an sbpro1 clone. I'm afraid it's not obvious to me what I would need to do with it though 😕.

I will report on it on Tuesday , I cannot use my 386sx with a CT1600 until then...

Mau1wurf1977 , in what channel(s) the sound is playing? left? right? does it move?

It comes out from both channels, left and right. No moving, no just one side...

My SET BLASTER variable is A220 I7 D1 T4

And it's a SB Pro 2.0

On my CT4540, it just beeps the same on both channels. No stereo.

I'll try it on my CT4760 (which emulates a SB16) when I get a chance. I also have an Aureal Vortex (which emulates a SB Pro 1), and a couple of ESS Audiodrives (which emulate a SB Pro 2), but I don't have them installed in anything at the moment.

On my sbpro1 clone, it comes from the left speaker only, both times.

[Also checked my headphones are both working: I do get stereo music in Jill of the Jungle]

pretty puzzling. Some are on both channels, some are on one channel. At least no card switches like DOSBox does at the moment

My CT4760 behaves the same way as my CT4540; beeps the same on both channels at once.
