Hi,

I recently downloaded the Immortal (91) and tried to play it in DosBox .74 but I was not able to attack. I looked on the web and saw that the attack buttons were "A" and "B" but neither worked. I have tried almost every combination and nothing makes my character attack. I am able to dodge by holding down the enter key and hitting either the right or left arrow.

I saw under compatibility that it was tested and supported using .61 so I downloaded that but that has the same issue. Not sure what I am doing wrong. The movement is fine and everything else works great but my character keeps dying because I can't attack!!

You need to install the full game and not a download

what do you mean by the full game? Isn't the downloaded game the full version? How can I tell it is a full version?

For one, a full version would come with a manual which tells you what the controls are. FYI, abandonware downloads aren't supported here.

also, "buttons A and B" makes me think that the instructions you found were for the NES version, but I could be wrong.

Right.

IIRC attack was done either with Shift key or Keypad's Intro.

Get an original with its manual.
