It a 3DLabs Permedia 2 Video card

It was sold for Macintoshs.
I have one + driver disk, but no mac to read it.

What was it used for on Macs? It's probably no better for Mac games than PC games.

... they also made the legendary G-Rex 1200 and 4000 PCI busboards for the amiga 1200/4000 ... didn't knew they named mac products as grex too 🤣

and they had permedia2 cards for said amigas named BlizzardVision/CyberVision that plugged in their dual 680x0+ppc accelerators using the g-rex bridge technology , and Phase5 products had LEGENDARY build quality... they were a truly magnificent company
