Settlers 2 from GoG, Dual screen issue

Whenever I run Settler2 I got from GoG it runs beautifully when I have a second monitor plugged in. When I try play just through my Dell M1730 monitor the game lags and chokes. Especially when moving my mouse, the system is obviously capable of running it SLI, dual core, etc.

Ideas?

change dosbox's "output=" option

Worked perfectly tyvm, the video tutorial was overkill but I appreciate the fact you posted it anyway 😀
