I don't totally understand the combination of Dual Pentium MMX 200 and a Rendition card. The best fit for Dual Pentiums would probably be NT (3.51 or 4.0) while Rendition cards are mostly useful in DOS and Windows 9x.

NT is on there, but I mainly use that rig for late DOS and early 9x gaming.

Two birds, one stone. 😀

I'll try some of the other things you've mentioned, thanks.

Here's a V2200 preview I came across while browsing the November 1997 issue of boot magazine.

I saw for sale on ebay not very long ago a Voodoo 4 that someone upgraded from 32mb to 64mb so I guess as long as you can handle the delicate soldering that would be required and can find a batch of compatible RAM chips, it would be possible.

My eBay QDI Legend 8mb Rendition arrived and it runs very smooth. I think the image quality in EF2000 V2 is better than the 4mb card, and overall smoothness is better in Indycar Rcaing 2. It's a minimalist looking AGP card but I would recommend it.

The Stealth II S220 was common on ebay years ago but it seems the days of sellers liquidating old inventory have come and gone. You just have to keep an eye on ebay and wait for a Verite card to show up.

Thats right. The Diamond cards used to be all over the place, but apparently stocks seem to have dried up by now.
You'll need a lucky break now.

Just be patient and you will see a resonably priced Rendition card come up on eBay every so offten. You just may need to spread your net further than the S220..

50 $ for a old cart is not normal.

Why are they so expensive???
I don't get it, theres nothing particularly special about those renditions is there?
I got 6 of em iirc and got them all for free years ago (and yes I realize it was when stocks were still plentiful).

They are getting more and more rare. In terms of gamesupport they are fairly useless as it is basically only Indycar Racing II and Soda Off-road Racing that have any exclusive benefit of a Rendition card. Guess it is because people want to collect all kind of cards out there.

I kept them basically because I thought they just looked cool 😊
(and because I'm a hoarder 🤣)
All of them are made by Diamond btw. I know I got a pic floating around somewhere...

Edit. Found it!
