This game gives the message - 'error 10: cannot access dmm' when trying to start it

I imagine this is a memory module, so I tried turning all upper memory on/off and starting with loadfix. None of these have helped.

It's not referring to a DIMM... create a subdirectory named DMM in the game directory.

not random if you know what the game is looking for.

presumably you were able to see what the game was looking for. without that ability, the solution is one I could have never guessed. therefor, it appears random to me.
