I'm planning to get a GF 6200 PCI for my rig, alongside a V3 AGP. Is it enough to simply change the primary VGA BIOS setting to change between those cards?

Yes.
But don't forget - you need two monitors. Or KLM switch. Or dual-input monitor.
Asus P4P800 SE/Pentium4 3.2E/2 Gb DDR400B,
Radeon HD3850 Agp (Sapphire), Catalyst 14.4 (XpProSp3).
Voodoo2 12 MB SLI, Win2k drivers 1.02.00 (XpProSp3).
Hm, why? I guess you could unplug the cable everytime and plug it into the other card. I got a dual input monitor though.
Better use them dual input -- save you from wearing your plugs too soon. Plus you will eventually realize that most people are basically lazy... hehe. Actually I prefer this also for switching between a Voodoo1/2 card and main gfx card.
Yeah, I had that in mind with the 6200 having a DVI output and the secondary input of my monitor being DVI. 😀 Just meant that it would likely work with a single-input monitor as well, only more tedious to pull off
