We start DosBox from an Win7 Program with a Batch-File to start an old compiler and it works very good.
At WinXp (32Bit) the compiler works direct with the XP without DosBox and we configured that the user doesn’t see the compile process. It were running behind.
With DosBox we see every time the DosTask in the TaskBar and the Windows pops up. Is it possible to configure DosBox that we see nothing from the DosBox?

Thank for all post

dosbox is intended to be seen. It is an emulator for games.

I assume he is referring to the console window.

The console window can be hidden by adding "-noconsole" to the shortcut you use to launch DOSBox.
