snover: overcharging is illegal, yeah, but that's why they call it shipping and HANDLING, not just shipping - it's practically impossible to assign a concrete figure to "handling", so they can just charge what they like.

Tell me - how many personal computers do you see with backup tapes these days? Most people probably don't have even a backup of their data.
