I'm having a problem installing this game. I have Windows 3.1 running on DOSBox 0.74, and I get the following messages when I try to install Jeopardy:

"WBDBC16I.DLL: Older version of DLL found on path. Update DLL from WinBatch Compiler disks, or other source of correct DLL's."

"Fatal Error: DLL(s) not found or created"

I've read the readme and used the .ini parameters it lists (changing only the path to the movies folder). I've tried mounting the disk and installing from it, and I've copied the files to my desktop and tried installing from there, but I get the same result.

Specs:
Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit
Asus P7P55D-E
Intel Core i5 760 @ 2.80 GHz
8 GB DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560

Not really sure, but you should likely just do as it asks and update WinBatch. WinBatch is available from http://www.winbatch.com/download.html.

Unclear why the game isn't packaged with the appropriate DLLs or is uses them.

Well, I've installed the latest version of WinBatch, but I'm not sure what to do now.

This is the same copy of the game I had when I was a kid, and I didn't have any problems with it back then.
