Hello.
Does anybody know of a software to create some simple webpage for people who doesn't know anything about it? It should be free too, if possible.

A guy - who I know is not technical - showed me a website he made with wix.com the other day. Looked pretty good, and wix looked easy to use from the quick look I had.
Life? Don't talk to me about life.
Google Pages is pretty decent too.
Edit: Google Sites rather. https://sites.google.com

Microsoft Word
I also recommend Google Sites for this task. I'm currently creating a site for my cafedra (Cold & Compressor Technique & Technology) and I'm very satisfied with the platform.
You don't have to know HTML (although it gives you benefits), you can attach all the kinds of modern media including youtube, power point, etc.
If you have any questions, you 're welcome at PM.
Thank you very much. I will tell my friend to take a look at Google Sites.
I don't know if this is even around anymore, and although it isn't/wasn't free, I used to suggest to my customers "Coffee Cup HTML Editor" for a simple to use web page designer.
I haven't used it myself (back in the day), but the folks that I recommended it to said that it was just what they were looking for 😀

I recommend Wordpress for illiterates and Drupal for everybody else.
Back in the early 2000s I would use Dreamweaver. It was pretty easy to use and had plenty of nice features.
firstpage used to be nice and quite easy
What specifically were you looking for? Something that allows you to drag and drop images and blocks of text with the actual coding done by the software?
Yes, sort of. A friend of mine wants to make a webpage but she doesn't know anything about html...
Some of the hosting sites might have tools for that. I remember when Homestead first appeared they had tools like that. You didn't need to know any coding at all.
They were free when I first signed up but now you only get a 30 day free trial then you have to pay $4.99/month for hosting. 😒
Other hosting sites may have similar tools.
