This 1998 game's Win9x installer makes me wonder how often it was played on real DOS. The distortion never gets as bad for me as in your recording, but I find that with cycles=35000 the sound is OK in the menu and in gameplay. Experiment with an amount of fixed cycles that works for you, but keep in mind that too much can also cause the sound to distort.

1,) I must start game with thiss cycles or only to use CTRL+F12 (F11) to find good cycles ?

2,) I use CTRL+F12 with 500 steps, I must wait for a while or the sound will repair immediately? because i go faster for 70 000 cycles and no change....

Yes i play this game about 10-15 years ago. but it was DEMO..... now I found full version and I want to play it 😀 We play it with father in DEMO has 3 levels and we play them for a time 😀 best time highscores 😁 it was funny 3 minutes to done level 😀

Run the game with the cycles already set to the fixed amount; all other DOSBox settings at default. You might also try changing the output= setting to see if that helps.

What are your system specs? The game needs fairly high cycles, and if your system isn't fast enough to sustain that then the sound will likely suffer.

1,) output ? where is it?
2,) i try to run 20 000 - 40 000 cycles in 1000 steps... without differencies...
3,) sys. specs: Operačný systém

Well, you expressed it as "render: surface", so maybe you're using a frontend. In the conf file the setting is output=surface, so try changing it to ddraw, overlay, or opengl.

The game seems fully playable and the audio does not distort on my system using DOSBox 0.74 with default settings except cycles=35000. But as I mentioned before, the distortions I hear with auto cycles and too-low cycles are not as bad as in your recording, so my advice may not fully apply to your situation.
