well it looks like it gives you sensations via air... like blowing, vibrations etc... am I missing something, you could see that too...

the description says it allows you to feel virtual objects which is something way more complicated than simple blowing and vibrations

Looks like a tiny vortex cannon or something. You can see it shooting an air vortex at the hand in the picture.
