Hi, I'm a newbie to DosBox. I've successfully loaded Dosbox and am able to run Mahjongg by Nels Anderson the way I'd like. What I would like to do is have DosBox close when I quit the game. I've tried to place -exit on the Target line, and have tried placing it in the autoexec area of the DosBox options file, but it only brings me back to the C prompt within DosBox.
Detailed instructions would be appreciated.

If placed in the autoexec section put it in it's own line and without the dash.
I.e

[autoexec]
mount c c:\mydosgames
c:
cd somegame
somegame.exe
exit

@Darlene,

I don't know if you ran into any problems running any of Nels Anderson's games under DOSBox, but if so, have a look here:

"Dragon's Bane: Mah Jongg II" Hidden File Attributes?

...and more specifically, "REGFIX" here:

Cheers 😀
